Frequently asked questions.
We're at 250 Commercial Street, Suite 3012, Manchester NH 03101 — on the third floor of the Waumbec Building. Look for our mermaid logo about halfway down the hall. Free parking is available directly in front of and behind the building.
Comfortable athletic attire that allows for easy movement. We practice in socks or bare feet. We provide everything else — complimentary mats, towels, and water.
Our studio is small and cozy, so waitlists are common — especially for popular time slots. They do move! Here's how it works:
- If a spot opens, you'll be notified by text and email. No reply = we'll assume you're coming.
- You'll be notified at least one hour before class if a spot becomes available.
- If your plans change, please remove yourself from the waitlist so the next person has a chance.
- No-shows from the waitlist count as a late cancellation.
Because of our small class sizes, we ask for advance notice: 24 hours for Private Sessions, Duets, and Semi-Privates. Late cancellations or no-shows result in loss of that session and a $20 charge. We appreciate your understanding.

- Duets (2:1): Partner sessions on the Reformer, Cadillac, EXO Chair, and Ladder Barrel.
- Circuit Classes (4:1): Small-group sessions rotating through all classical apparatus. The energy of a group, the focus of a private.
